Connie Yerigan

Hi! My name is Connie Frances Yerigan. I have been a member of St. Philip’s for over 14 years (I taught Sunday school for 10 years here as well). I am married to a wonderful man, Dave. Together we have two beautiful, smart, kind, caring (and so much more) daughters; Madison (Maddie) is 13 and in the 7th grade, and Allison (Allie) is 10 and in the 5th grade. We live in the home my husband grew up in…just a hop and a skip from church! We have two dogs, Chester and Bella, and one cat, Oliver.

What I actually do at St. Philip’s...

I organize all of the children and family ministry events and opportunities. Sunday School, Kid’s Time, Vacation Bible School…let’s not forget the Christmas Pageant! These are just to name a few. I look forward to bringing back Wednesday night programming for the younger families, as well as build up a strong connection between the families, myself and our church.

My favorite Bible verse...

1 Corinthians 13:4-7 ‘Love is patient; love is kind; love is not envious or boastful or arrogant or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful; it does not rejoice in wrongdoing, but rejoices in the truth. It bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.’

When I’m not at St. Philip’s you can find me…

Spending time with family and friends is so important to me. I have a passion for photography. Family portraits, newborn photo sessions or senior photo sessions are so fun! Taking time to capture God in nature is so peaceful for me. I also enjoy doing crafts…painting, scrapbooking and knitting.
